Moisture testing for quality in our Screed processes

Moisture testing

Our QMS complies with our  ISO9001 accreditation. Our annual audits are performed by Isoqar and TCS have been without any non-compliance to date.
We aim to achieve ISO14001 Environmental Management Certification in the near future.

By following our Objectives as per our Quality Management System Manual, it enables us to constantly monitor, analyze and measure the performance of our Site Staff and Operatives. This allows us to react quickly, if our processes need updating or changing.

Quality Control

In-situ crush resistance test for Screeding

Quality Screeding requires In-situ crush resistance test

Our Teams are constantly trained on updates of the newest screed systems.  They are always issued with Job Sheets of prospective works, Method Statements and Risks Assessments prior to commencing work on site, which are signed only after they have the full understanding of the Method and Correct application.  We find this leaves little room for any errors. Each team is issued with a calibrated Top Con Laser Level to ensure that the screeds are always laid within tolerance.

Site Supervisors are based on our larger projects to oversee and co-ordinate and on smaller projects a visiting Supervisor or Manager will visit site a minimum 3 times a week to ensure our standards are being kept to the highest level. Our Team Leaders are responsible for their site teams and day to day quality of application.

Supervisors and Managers are issued with quality control checklists which are carried out with our clients and signed off regularly during the application of our works.

Tramex Moisture, Digital Hygrometer and BRE insitu crush resistant tests can be carried out if required.
