TCS are a national floor screed and underfloor heating specialist.
We specialise in all types of floor screed systems such as - traditional floor screed, proprietary screed such as Isocrete K Screed, Alpha screed, flowing and anhydrite screeds and screed board.
We have an in house division for the supply and installation of underfloor heating and we also have a sister company providing wall and floor finishes such as porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, carpets, vinyl, wood flooring and laminate. This gives TCS the ability to take the floor zone from insulation, underfloor heating, screed and floor finish with one point of contact and responsibility.
TCS was encorporated in 2004 and has since grown year on year with a predicted turnover this year of £16,000,000.00. We have received "Megagrowth 50" awards each year consecutively since 2010, for being in the Megagrowth "Top 50 fastest growing companies".
Our head office is in Swanley, Kent and we have regional offices around the country allowing us to service the whole of the UK.

Tender enquiries are turned around on time by our knowledgeable commercial department who are always keen to assist and advise on value engineered options where applicable. Our competent staff are up to date with the latest BIM technology and we utilise various systems to support our clients using BIM. It is our intermediate goal to achieve BIM PAS 1192-2 tier 2 in the near future.

We carry out in house training including full inductions, tool box talks, environmental and quality awareness, face fit, screed pump safety as well as arranging external courses such as NVQ, BPEC, SSSTS, SMSTS, Abrasive wheel, Manual handling and Confined space to name a few. In addition to this we are continually monitoring and reviewing our staff.
100% of our site operatives hold green or blue CSCS cards relevant to their position and our SMSTS certified site management team hold gold cards.
TCS are always at the forefront of innovation encorporating the newest technology in our operations. Our Management team all utilise iPads and/or Android tablets for recording and cascading information such as toolbox talks, site instructions and sign off sheets. The tablets sync into our comprehensive project files providing a paperless document trail, all in real time. Our supervisors have instant access at their fingertips to documents such as latest revision drawings, product datasheets, job sheets, RAMS and pump certification.
Our tracked and insured vehicle fleet is FORS Bronze accredited and our vans are 2015 and above with blue efficiency engines. All vehicles are fitted with hands free kits and drivers adhere to TCS driving and vehicle policies that are in line with the Highway Code, Considerate Constructors Scheme, CLOCS and FORS.
TCS endeavour to operate the safest and most efficient plant throughout our operations. We hold the largest fleet of privately owned Putzmeister next generation M740 screed pumps. Using the newest and most advanced pumps in the market give the benefits of eliminating break downs, improved efficiency, improved sustainability and improved safety features.
All of our plant is PUWER certified and fully serviced and maintained to the highest standards by our in house plant support team.
